3 Day Blinds

The complaint in this matter was filed on March 17, 2008 on behalf of salaried Managers who worked at 3 Day Blinds California locations at any time from March 17, 2004 to the present. The suit alleges that 3 Day Blinds has improperly denied its salaried Managers overtime compensation and meal and rest breaks. There is currently another action with similar claims being litigated against 3 Day Blinds. All parties are working together.
