Applebee's Neighborhood Grill and Bar

This case is an action to recover penalties for denied meal and rest breaks and payment for time worked "off-the-clock" on behalf of Servers and Bartenders in Applebee's restaurants owned by franchisee Spectrum Apple in Ventura and Northern Los Angeles Counties.

The parties have reached settlement in this case. The Court granted final approval of the settlement on July 3, 2008. Settlement payments will be mailed in early September to those class members who submitted timely claims.
