This is an action for failure to provide meal and rest periods on behalf of Bella Maggiore's hourly non-managerial employees in California. The lawsuit covers Front Desk Clerk, Cook, Server, Housekeeper, Custodian, and other hourly non-managerial employees ("Staff") at any time between September 19, 2003 and the present. The complaint was filed on September 19, 2007.
