Du-Par's Restaurant Tipped Employees

This is a class action alleging that Du-Par's unlawfully deducts wages from tipped employees' paychecks as a "meal credit". The lawsuit was filed on January 2, 2007 and alleges that tipped employees were not paid minimum wage as a result of meal deductions.

We are in the process of requesting that the Court make a decision as to whether this case is appropriate to be litigated as a class action.
