Fox Transport

This is an action on behalf of all current and former individuals who worked for Fox Transport in California at any time from April 21, 2001, through the present time in the position of Driver, excluding Drivers who worked for FOX TRANSPORT on the McKesson Corporation account. The complaint, which was filed on April 21, 2005, alleges that the drivers were misclassified as independent contractors, were denied overtime, and were subjected to unlawful wage deductions.

The parties have reached a settlement. The Court granted final approval of the settlement. Payments will be made over a 3 year period.
