GSM Wireless

This is an action on behalf of GSM Wireless’ Store Managers and Assistant Managers in California. The complaint was filed on January 6, 2003, alleging that Store Managers and Assistant Managers were not paid overtime and were subjected to illegal “chargebacks” when customers cancelled their wireless service. On March 18, 2004, a settlement was reached in the amount of $600,000.00. However, GSM Wireless has declared bankruptcy. Our litigation has been stayed as we await the outcome of the bankruptcy proceedings.
