This complaint was filed on March 4, 2003 on behalf of Zone Managers (formerly Assistant Managers) at Lowe’s California locations who worked at any time between March 4, 1999 and the present. The suit alleges that Lowe’s failed to properly compensate its Zone Managers for overtime hours worked.
