Metson Marine

This is a class action on behalf of Crew Members for Metson who worked at any time between May 3, 2002 and the present. The suit alleges that Metson failed to properly compensate its Seamen for overtime hours worked and failed to provide rest and meal breaks.

The parties have reached a settlement in this matter. After the Court grants preliminary approval of the settlement, a Notice of Settlement and Claim Form will be sent to class members.
