Heusen Corporation
This complaint was filed on November 22, 2005, on behalf of salaried
Store Managers working in any of Phillips-Van Heusen’s California
outlet stores: Bass, Calvin Klein, Geoffrey Beene, Izod, and Van
Heusen. The claim covers those Store Managers who worked at Van
Heusen at any time from November 22, 2001 to the present. The complaint
alleges that Van Heusen failed to properly compensate its Store
Managers for overtime hours worked, denied Store Managers meal and
rest periods, and failed to reimburse business expenses.
The parties have reached settlement in this case. Once we obtain the Court's approval of the settlement terms, a notice will be sent out to all class members setting forth the procedures for submitting a claim form.
