Protiviti

This is an action for overtime and unreimbursed business expenses on behalf of Protiviti's Consultants in California. The complaint was filed on April 18, 2006. The lawsuit covers Consultants working for Protiviti at any time between April 18, 2002 and the present.

We are in the process of requesting that the Court make a decision as to whether this case is appropriate to be litigated as a class action.
