This is an action for unpaid overtime compensation, working "off-the-clock" and failure to provide meal and rest periods on behalf of Wells Fargo’s Personal Bankers in California. The lawsuit covers Personal Bankers who worked atWells Fargo locations at any time between February 16, 2003 and the present. The complaint was filed on February 16, 2007.
